Well, 3(?) days left
Until my last assignment/finale is due and Summer term is officially done…. It’s strange to think that despite the violence and abuse at the shelter, the constant shifting of medication (dropping some, AND the pharmacy just not having my adderall for months) leading to shifts in mood, the mouth problem…. ugh I’m sure there’s others that I’ve just moved past. It’s been good though. I feel like I let some of my professors down, which sucks :/ but that just means I need to put in more effort to talk and get to know them next term! I was really hoping to impress my Comp prof (kind of a dream boat ngl, but more importantly, the dude seems very intelligent and like he’s got some good ideas and thoughts {also his poetry is really pretty}) but I was struggling so much to write anything I felt really good about, but thats because I’m still trying to learn how to not…. well write so much.
Visual Storytelling was fun, but I did NOT achieve my own standards in my finale. I did good enough but the video I edited was so beyond mediocre I felt so embarrassed. But both her and my comp prof seemed really cool and chill, so it’s probably more so in my head than anything.
My finale I’m working on is an animatic. I wasn’t hoping to do somethign different then what I am, but that’s okay as this is an intro class, and I do feel like I am already way pass this class level, so I need to keep that in mind. My Animatic was originally going to be a Regulation Podcast/F**KFace bit (Where Geoff geoffs being late) but I couldn’t cut the lines down to be a max of 16 lol. So I wrote a silly little poem about Diogenes and am working on that. I had to restart it twice now because of computer issues (turns out 27gb of storage is NOT enough to do litterly anything on a laptop lol), but I should be good. Anyways I drew a little something, it’s kind of me? It’s probably one of the nicest digital pieces of me yet, in a sense of not hating me haha.
